All pricing is custom quoted based on location, equipment needed, time and availability. As a general guideline, pricing averages between $75 and $200 per hour varying with your package.

 

If you have a written or emailed quote from one of our direct competitors, we are often able to match it, beat it or assemble an identical package if you show it to us.

Booking Process

  1. 1. Call, write or request an in-person consult
  2. 2. Sign a contract and apply a deposit to hold your date
  3. 3. You will be given access to planning forms, song request forms and any additional resources we have that you'll need (for example, your hall may require a copy of our liability insurance certificate, or we may have some forms or resources to share that will aid you in the planning process)
  4. 4. (Weddings and Large Events) Depending on how far out your event is, you may not hear from us for a while unless you have a question, concern or need advice. Any detailed consults or meetings we do are typically scheduled very close to your event (preferably the week of, or week before if your schedule permits). This way just about everything is finalized, so we are able to come up with the best possible performance schedule based on the logistics and schedule of that day. Once a planning consult or meeting is arranged, this typically takes a half hour to an hour and a half. If possible, it normally works out best if this can take place at your venue, so that we can look over the layout together.
  5. 5. We call or text to confirm your event once again the night before or day of.
  6. 6. Our estimate time of arrival is generally as followed:
         Dj, No Lights, 20-30 minutes before event start
         Dj With Lights, 30-90 minutes before event start
         Photobooth, 60-90 minutes before event start
         Videography, 60-90 minutes before event start
         Uplighting, 60-120 minutes before event start
      **Please allow extra time when bundling multiple services. Expedited setup and teardown is available if needed, but must be scheduled in advance.

 

 

About Our Contracts

We use written contracts which outline all deliverables as well as any items or services declined. This leaves absolutely no question as to what you have ordered for your event, as we find many of our clients explore multiple options with us prior to making a decision.

 

The contract will state the deposit, balance due, and time scheduled. The price listed is your final price with no hidden charges or fees, as long as the terms and conditions needed to setup our equipment are met, or any special considerations are declared at the time the contract is signed.

 

Summary of Contract Terms and Conditions:

Basically, the highlights of the 'Fine Print' of your contract will include
1. Any applicable balance is due on or before the day of your event.
2. Safe and appropriate working conditions including ample space, parking, shelter from inclement weather, and power must be provided, as well as a free and clear path for setup.
3. Our liability is limited to the performance fee listed on the contract

 

 

What Next?

If you would like to book, please call or write to us with your contact information as well as the location and date of your event. Once we hear from you, we will check availability, and customize a price quote for you based off your exact need. From there, once you confirm with us that you definately want the package, we will place a temporary hold on that date for you and generate a written contract. Return the contract and deposit as soon as possible and the date will be reserved..
